1. Experience – Kurt Thompson, President
of KDT Construction, Inc. has been building homes for over
30 years. He’s been a licensed General Contractor in
the state of Utah since 1982.
2. Quality – Kurt refuses to skimp.
He uses the best products on the market: Hurd wood windows,
Spanish Pueblo solid wood doors, Polysteel insulating concrete
forms, Dietrich metal framing systems, etc.
3. Innovation – Unlike most contractors,
Kurt wasn’t satisfied with traditional wood framed homes.
Due to the deteriorating quality of the wood framing products
available on the market, Kurt saw the need to offer something
better to his customers. This conclusion lead him to change
the entire way he built, moving from stick-built homes, to
Polysteel insulated concrete forms for the exterior envelope
of the home, and metal framing systems for the interior walls.
After the success of this switch, Kurt began to look for other
innovative ideas/products to improve the quality of his homes.
